TNNI3 (Phospho-Thr142)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A Cell-Based ELISA from Assay Genie designed for adherent cell samples to detect TNNI3 protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells. The kit shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and colorimetric detection at 450 nm.

The assay is lysate-free and high throughput, using an indirect ELISA format in which TNNI3 (Phospho-Thr142) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies. HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies then bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, allowing the conjugated HRP to catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance values, and the Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method may be used to determine cell density after the colorimetric measurement.

The kit is suitable for measuring relative amounts of phosphorylated TNNI3 in cultured cells and for screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on TNNI3 phosphorylation.
