TNNI3 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the qualitative detection of TNNI3 protein expression directly in cultured cells, using a lysate-free, indirect ELISA format. Primary antibodies specific to TNNI3 are captured on the plate and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric readout at 450 nm.

The assay is reactive with mouse and rat samples, with adherent cells as the indicated sample type, and operates across a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell stain is supplied for determining cell density, allowing absorbance values to be normalized to cell number.

Supplied in a 96-well microplate format with storage at 4°C and a stated stability of 6 months, the kit is intended for measuring relative TNNI3 levels in cultured cells and for assessing the impact of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on TNNI3 expression.
