TNFSF15 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA kit is designed for the detection of human TNFSF15 in cell lysates, serum, and plasma samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a microplate format, following an indirect ELISA protocol in which TNFSF15 is captured by specific primary antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies.

TNFSF15, also known as TL1A, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily (Gene ID: 9966, UniProt ID: O95150, molecular weight 20,131 Da) that contributes to the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. Dysregulation of TNFSF15 has been linked to autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and cancer. The kit is suitable for measuring relative TNFSF15 expression in cultured cells, screening the effects of treatments or inhibitors, and qualitative determination of TNFSF15 concentration. An anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and a Crystal Violet staining method can be used to assess cell density. The dynamic range is > 5000 cells, with storage at 4°C for 6 months.
