TISB (Phospho-Ser92)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's TISB (Phospho-Ser92) Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a lysate-free, high-throughput assay designed for the qualitative detection of phosphorylated TISB (Phospho-Ser92) in cultured cells. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies capture the analyte and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies generate a colorimetric signal at 450 nm.

Validated for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, the kit is intended for use with adherent cells and has a dynamic range of greater than 5000 cells. It includes a monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance, together with a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method to determine cell density and adjust for plating differences.
