TIE2 (Phospho-Tyr1108)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A Phospho Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed to monitor TIE2 phosphorylation and expression profiles in cells. This convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput and sensitive assay enables qualitative measurement of relative levels of phosphorylated TIE2 at Tyr1108 in cultured cells, and can be used to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on TIE2 phosphorylation.

Reactive with Human and Mouse samples, the kit uses an indirect ELISA format in which target-specific primary antibodies are detected by Dye-1 and Dye-2 conjugated secondary antibodies for fluorometric readout. A monoclonal GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalisation, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of TIE2 is also provided so that RFU values for phosphorylated TIE2 can be normalised against total TIE2. The dynamic range is greater than 5000 cells, and plates are read at Ex/Em 651/667 (Dye 1) and 495/521 (Dye 2). The NCBI gene symbol is TEK (Gene ID 7010; UniProt Q02763).

The kit is supplied with cell culture clear-bottom microplates, 10X TBS, Quenching Buffer, Blocking Buffer, 15X Wash Buffer, Primary Antibody Diluent, 100x Anti-Phospho Target Antibody, 100x Anti-Target Antibody, Anti-GAPDH Antibody, Dye-1 Conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody, Dye-2 Conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody, and Adhesive Plate Seals.
