Thyroxine (T4) ELISA Kit

Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate (8×12 strips), 2 lyophilized standards, 20mL sample diluent, 10mL assay diluent A, 10mL assay diluent B, 60µL detection reagent A, 120µL detection reagent B, 30mL wash buffer, 10mL substrate, 10mL stop solution, and 5 plate sealers. Most components are stored at -20°C, while wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution are stored at 4°C.

The protocol involves adding 50µL of standard, blank, or sample per well, followed by 50µL of Detection Reagent A working solution, with incubation for 1 hour at 37°C. After washing, 100µL of Detection Reagent B working solution is added and incubated for 45 minutes at 37°C. Following additional washes, 90µL of substrate solution is added and incubated for 10-20 minutes at 37°C, protected from light. The reaction is stopped with 50µL of stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm using a microplate reader. The kit is for research use only.
