The set targets core drivers and downstream markers of the TGF-β signaling axis, including isoforms such as TGF-β1, TGF-β2, and TGF-β3, together with fibronectin, type I collagen, α-smooth muscle actin, and matrix metalloproteinases such as MMP-9, supporting pathway-level studies of myofibroblast activation, extracellular matrix deposition, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in human research samples. Each plate uses a strip-well format supplied as 7 x 48 assays, read on a standard absorbance microplate reader.
