Tetrahydrobiopterin (THB) ELISA Kit

Tetrahydrobiopterin is a vital cofactor in the synthesis of important neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, as well as in the production of nitric oxide. Using a colorimetric competitive detection method, the assay has a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a general reactivity profile, suitable for serum, plasma and lysate samples.
