TBX3 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

Assay Genie's TBX3 Transcription Factor Activity Assay leverages a DNA-binding ELISA approach to quantify the DNA-binding activity of the T-box transcription factor TBX3 in nuclear and cell lysates. The kit uses a plate-bound consensus oligonucleotide probe to capture active TBX3 protein, which is then detected with a TBX3-specific antibody and a colorimetric substrate. Nuclear extracts prepared from human, mouse, or rat cells can be loaded directly into the microplate wells, with the resulting absorbance signal proportional to the amount of functionally active TBX3 present in each sample.

Each kit provides reagents sufficient for 96 measurements and is intended for research use only.
