TALL-2 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides a qualitative, lysate-free method for detecting TALL-2 protein expression directly in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which TALL-2-specific primary antibodies are bound by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and has a stated dynamic range of > 5000 cells.

A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to determine cell density. The kit is suited to immunology research applications, including measuring relative TALL-2 levels in cultured cells and screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators on TALL-2. Storage is at 4 °C with a 6-month stability.
