T3/Triiodothyronine ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this competitive ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of triiodothyronine (T3) levels in biological samples, supporting research into thyroid function, metabolism, and hormonal regulation. T3 is a vital thyroid hormone involved in metabolism, growth, and other physiological processes.

The assay uses a Competitive ELISA format coated with antibody, supplied as a pre-coated 96 well plate with all reagents included. Sensitivity is 0.094ng/ml with a working range of 0.156-10ng/ml, and reactivity is universal across serum and plasma samples. The kit should be stored at 4°C for 6 months and is intended for Research Use Only.

Spike-and-recovery performance in serum ranged 92-101% (average 97%), in EDTA plasma 85-105% (average 99%), and in UFH plasma 89-94% (average 92%). Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions of spiked samples, and reproducibility is supported by intra-assay CV less than 8% and inter-assay CV less than 10%.
