SYK (Phospho-Tyr348)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed to monitor SYK phosphorylation and expression profile in cells using a convenient, lysate-free, high-throughput format. The kit enables qualitative measurement of relative phosphorylated SYK levels in cultured cells and can be used to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators on SYK phosphorylation.

The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which SYK (Phospho-Tyr348) is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, with Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies enabling fluorometric detection. A monoclonal antibody specific for human GAPDH is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target RFU values, and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart of SYK (Phospho-Tyr348) is provided for additional normalization. The kit has a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and is stored at 4°C with a stability of 6 Months.
