STEMvision Warranty

A warranty is available from STEMCELL Technologies for the STEMvision instrument. Each new instrument purchase includes a one-year warranty covering parts, labor, and travel, with options to extend coverage and to add preventative maintenance, installation and operational qualification, performance verification, and other additional services.

STEMvision is an automated and standardized algorithm-based imaging and counting system for human and mouse hematopoietic colony-forming unit (CFU) assay. Four core service options cover basic instrument service needs, and single-service and bundled packages are available through a sales representative.

Warranty reinstatement is offered at the discretion of STEMCELL subject to the outcome of a preventative maintenance inspection visit through the Back-On Warranty Program. Software updates for STEMvision are not available for download; the most recent software version and update information can be requested through a sales representative or during a routine service appointment.
