Stathmin-1, encoded by the STMN1 gene, is a microtubule-associated cytosolic phosphoprotein that plays a key role in cell cycle regulation and microtubule dynamics, contributing to cell division and migration. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format in which Stathmin-1-specific primary antibodies capture the target and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.
