STAT3 (Phospho-Tyr705)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A fluorometric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed to monitor STAT3 phosphorylation at tyrosine 705 in cultured cells. The lysate-free, indirect ELISA format uses dye-conjugated secondary antibodies for fluorescence detection on two channels at Ex/Em 651/667 and 495/521. The kit is suited for high-throughput screening of the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (e.g. siRNA or chemicals), or activators on STAT3 phosphorylation. Normalization of RFU values is supported by an included monoclonal GAPDH antibody and an antibody against the non-phosphorylated counterpart. Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 cells. The kit is stored at 4°C and is stable for 6 months.
