STAT3 (Phospho-Ser727)Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A fluorometric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed to monitor STAT3 (Phospho-Ser727) protein phosphorylation and expression profiles in cultured cells. This lysate-free, high-throughput assay enables qualitative measurement of relative phosphorylated STAT3 levels and can be used to screen the effects of various treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on STAT3 phosphorylation.

Detection uses an indirect ELISA format in which STAT3 (Phospho-Ser727)-specific primary antibodies capture the target, while Dye 1- and Dye 2-conjugated secondary antibodies enable fluorometric readout at Ex/Em 651/667 and 495/521. The kit includes a GAPDH-specific monoclonal antibody as an internal positive control for normalising RFU values, plus an antibody against the non-phosphorylated STAT3 counterpart for additional normalisation. Reactivity is reported for human, mouse and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and storage at 4°C for 6 months.
