The Assay Genie Stat ELISA Sampler Kit II provides a comprehensive multipack solution for profiling Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) family analytes across five sequential 48-well plate runs. Each module targets distinct phosphorylated and total STAT isoforms frequently studied in cytokine signaling, JAK/STAT cascade investigations, and immune response research.

The kit is supplied with pre-coated microplates, lyophilized recombinant standard proteins in individual vials, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and ready-to-use TMB substrate. Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well, with all reagents intended for in vitro research use only.
