SREBP-1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based assay kit is designed for the precise quantitative measurement of SREBP-1 levels in adherent cell samples. SREBP-1 is a key transcription factor involved in lipid metabolism and the regulation of cholesterol synthesis, and studying its levels can provide insights into metabolic processes and related disorders such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method measured at 450 nm in a 96-Well Microplate format, and is reactive with Human and Rat samples.
