SOX12 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

The SOX12 Transcription Factor Activity Assay from Assay Genie is a DNA-binding ELISA developed to quantify the DNA-binding activity of the SOX12 protein in nuclear and cell lysates. SOX12 belongs to the SRY-related HMG-box (SOX) family of transcription factors and contributes to embryonic development, cell fate decisions, and oncogenic signalling pathways implicated in hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer, and breast cancer progression.
