Sheep IL-6 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in sheep samples using a colorimetric sandwich ELISA, double antibody format. IL-6 is a key cytokine involved in the immune response and inflammation, and the assay supports research into its role in conditions such as infection, autoimmune diseases, and cancer in sheep models.

The kit provides a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a standard range of 7.813–500 pg/mL, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.
