The DIY format supplies the capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, lyophilized standard, and TMB substrate for coating up to 10 plates, supporting flexible throughput for veterinary immunology, vaccine adjuvant screening, and parasite challenge studies.

Reported assay performance includes a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, sensitivity below 9.375 pg/mL, and a sample volume of 100 µL per well, with intra-assay and inter-assay CV under 10%. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles; store the unopened kit refrigerated, keep the lyophilized standard frozen at -20 °C, and protect streptavidin-HRP from light during use.
