Sheep IL-12 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of interleukin-12 in sheep samples. It is reactive with sheep and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, and detection is colorimetric using TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL and the standard curve range is 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Recovery performance: serum 93-98% (average 95%), EDTA plasma 96-102% (average 100%), and heparin plasma 88-103% (average 96%). Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 85-99%, 85-105%, 88-105%; EDTA plasma 86-98%, 89-93%, 84-89%; heparin plasma 82-96%, 81-95%, 86-99%. The protocol involves a 37°C primary incubation of 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, and TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes before stop and reading.
