Shc (Phospho-Tyr427)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

The indirect ELISA format uses target-specific primary antibodies with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric readout at 450 nm suitable for comparing relative phosphorylation levels across treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators.

Reactivity covers human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells.
