Serotonin (5HT) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's competitive ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of serotonin (5-HT, also known as 5-hydroxytryptamine) in a broad range of sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, cell lysates, tissue homogenates, tissue lysates, and breast milk. The assay uses a colorimetric, competitive detection format with a working range of 0.78-50 ng/mL, and absorbance is read on a microplate reader at 450 nm. Reactivity is described as general/universal, and the kit is intended for research use only.
