SENP8 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this cell-based colorimetric ELISA kit is designed for the detection of SENP8 (Sentrin-specific protease 8) protein in cultured cells. It uses a 96-Well Microplate format with colorimetric measurement at 450 nm and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The assay is described as lysate-free and suitable for high-throughput screening of SENP8 expression, allowing evaluation of the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, and activators on the target.

SENP8 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, allowing HRP to catalyse a colour reaction upon substrate addition.
