The Assay Genie SASP ELISA Sampler Kit bundles seven individual 48-well microplate assays into a single research kit, providing a streamlined workflow to profile multiple senescence-associated cytokines and chemokines from human biospecimens in parallel. SASP factors commonly interrogated in this sampler format include IL-6, IL-8 (CXCL8), MCP-1 (CCL2), PAI-1 (SERPINE1), GM-CSF, and VEGF, supporting investigations in cellular aging, the tumor microenvironment, fibrotic disease, and age-related inflammation.
