SEK1/MKK4 (Phospho-Ser80)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is designed to detect SEK1/MKK4 phosphorylated at Ser80. It is a lysate-free, high-throughput, sensitive assay that uses an indirect ELISA format, in which the phosphorylated target is captured by phospho-specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies for colorimetric readout at 450 nm.

Reactivity is reported for human, mouse, and rat samples, with a dynamic range of > 5000 cells. The kit enables measurement of the relative amounts of phosphorylated SEK1/MKK4 in cultured cells and supports screening of the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on SEK1/MKK4 phosphorylation.
