Assay Genie’s colorimetric free-drug ELISA is designed for the quantitative determination of secukinumab (Cosentyx®/Verxant®) in serum and plasma. It uses a solid-phase sandwich method in which an HRP-conjugated probe binds to captured secukinumab and TMB substrate provides colorimetric detection.
