Secukinumab (Cosentyx® , Verxant®)Antibody screening - Qualitative ELISA Kit

This qualitative ELISA is intended for antibody screening against secukinumab (Cosentyx®/Verxant®) in serum and plasma samples. It uses a colorimetric, solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle.

Samples are incubated in a microtiter plate coated with secukinumab. After washing, an HRP-conjugated probe binds to secukinumab antibodies captured on the plate; chromogen-substrate then detects the bound enzymatic activity, and an acidic stop solution ends the reaction. The developed colour is proportional to the amount of secukinumab antibodies in the sample or controls, and results can be evaluated using a cut-off value. The kit is from Assay Genie.
