RUNX3 Transcription Factor Activity Assay

This DNA-Binding ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively measures the DNA-binding activity of the RUNX3 transcription factor in nuclear and cell lysates. RUNX3 (Runt-related transcription factor 3) is a critical tumor suppressor and key regulator of CD8+ T-cell lineage commitment, Th1/Th2 polarization, and TGF-β signaling, making this kit valuable for immunology, oncology, and developmental biology research.

The microplate is pre-coated with a biotinylated double-stranded oligonucleotide probe containing the RUNX3 consensus binding sequence. Active RUNX3 protein in the sample binds the immobilized probe; a target-specific primary antibody then detects the captured factor, and an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody produces a signal proportional to RUNX3 DNA-binding activity. Each kit provides reagents for 96 Assays, enabling high-throughput screening of transcription factor activation in cell culture and tissue-derived nuclear extracts.
