RFA2 (Phospho-Thr21)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of RFA2 phosphorylated at threonine 21, allowing measurement of phospho-RFA2 levels in cultured cells. The indirect ELISA format uses RFA2 (Phospho-Thr21)-specific primary antibodies in combination with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining may be used to normalize absorbance values to cell density.

The lysate-free, high-throughput workflow is suitable for screening the effects of treatments, siRNA, chemical inhibitors or activators on RFA2 phosphorylation. Reactivity is reported for human and mouse samples, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 cells, and the assay is intended for adherent cells.
