RFA2 (Phospho-Ser33)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit provides a high-throughput, lysate-free approach for detecting and quantifying phosphorylated serine 33 in the RFA2 protein within cultured cells. The kit is intended for research applications in molecular biology, cell biology, and oncology, where phosphorylation of RFA2 at serine 33 is relevant to DNA replication and repair processes.

The assay is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm.
