RFA2 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a lysate-free, high-throughput assay designed to measure the relative expression of the RFA2 (Replication protein A 32 kDa subunit) protein directly in cultured adherent cells. Using an indirect ELISA format, the kit captures RFA2 with target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies generate a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalising target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step can be used to account for differences in cell density.

The assay is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is suitable for measuring relative RFA2 levels as well as screening the effects of various treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators.
