RCBTB1 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A colorimetric cell-based ELISA from Assay Genie for the measurement of RCBTB1 protein levels in cultured cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which RCBTB1 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies and detected with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is provided for normalizing absorbance to cell density.

Validated for Human and Mouse reactivity with a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells, the kit is described as lysate-free and high throughput. RCBTB1 (RCC1 and BTB domain-containing protein 1) is implicated in cell cycle regulation by chromatin remodeling; the human gene maps to chromosomal location 13q14 and encodes a protein with a molecular weight of 37,591 Da. The kit is supplied in a 96-well microplate format and stored at 4°C with a stated stability of 6 months.
