RBM5 Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA

From Assay Genie, this cell-based immunoassay is designed for the qualitative detection of RNA Binding Motif Protein 5 (RBM5) in cultured cells. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format: RBM5 is captured by target-specific primary antibodies, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies bind the Fc region of the primary antibody, catalysing a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition that is read at 450 nm. The lysate-free, high-throughput workflow can measure relative RBM5 levels in cultured cells and screen the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, and activators.
