Rat Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 4 (WNT4) ELISA Kit

WNT4 is a member of the WNT family of secreted signaling glycoproteins that direct cell fate, proliferation, and morphogenesis during embryogenesis and in adult tissues. In rat models, WNT4 is associated with kidney development, ovarian folliculogenesis, and Müllerian duct regression, making it a target of interest in reproductive biology, nephrology, and toxicology research.

The Assay Genie ELISA Kit is configured for quantitative measurement of native WNT4 protein in rat tissue homogenates and cell culture supernatants. The assay shows reactivity with rat WNT4 and is commonly used to profile expression changes in polycystic kidney disease models, ovarian function studies, and developmental toxicology screening.

Each kit contains pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standard, and chromogenic substrate.
