Rat VEGFR2/VEGF Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

Quantify VEGF Receptor 2 in rat specimens using this solid-phase immunoassay kit from Assay Genie. VEGFR2, also known as KDR or Flk-1, is the principal signaling receptor for VEGF-A and drives endothelial proliferation, vascular permeability, and angiogenic sprouting, making it a key biomarker in tumor vascularization studies, retinal neovascularization models, myocardial ischemia research, and wound healing assays.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized standards, and wash buffer sufficient for 96 individual determinations. The assay accepts samples such as serum fractions, plasma preparations, and tissue lysates, with a recommended loading of 50 µL per well.

Reconstituted standards remain stable for short-term use when refrigerated; store the complete kit refrigerated between uses and protect components from light.
