Rat VEGF-D (Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor D) CLIA Kit (RTES00589)

Assay Genie offers a chemiluminescence immunoassay kit intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor D (VEGF-D) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay applies the Sandwich CLIA principle: a pre-coated plate immobilises a specific antibody, then standards or samples are added followed sequentially by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After washing, a substrate solution is added and the Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is measured on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, with sample concentrations calculated by comparison to a standard curve.

The kit shows a sensitivity of 4.69 pg/mL and a detection range of 7.81-500 pg/mL. It specifically recognises Rat VEGF-D in samples, and no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat VEGF-D and analogues was observed.

An unopened kit can be stored at 4°C for 1 month. Reagents supplied include the pre-coated CLIA plate, reference standard, 100× concentrated biotinylated detection antibody and HRP conjugate, reference standard and sample diluent, biotinylated detection antibody diluent, HRP conjugate diluent, 25× concentrated wash buffer, substrate reagents A and B, desiccant and plate sealer. Additional materials required (not provided) include a CLIA plate reader, high-precision transfer pipettes with disposable tips, an incubator capable of maintaining 37°C, deionized or distilled water, and absorbent paper.
