Rat TSLP/Thymic stromal lymphopoietin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric double-antibody Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) in rat samples. TSLP is a key cytokine involved in immune responses and inflammatory processes and has been implicated in conditions such as allergies, asthma, and autoimmune diseases, making its quantification relevant to research into disease pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targets.

The assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with detection by measurement of absorbance at 450 nm following TMB-based color development.
