Assay Genie's Rat TSLP ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of thymic stromal lymphopoietin, an epithelial-derived cytokine that drives Th2-mediated allergic inflammation and plays a central role in asthma, atopic dermatitis, and barrier immunity research. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, rat-specific capture and detection antibodies, recombinant rat TSLP standards, and assay buffers needed to generate a standard curve spanning 7.8-500 pg/mL with a minimum detectable concentration of 3.9 pg/mL. It supports studies in respiratory disease, skin inflammation, and immune regulation across multiple sample matrices including plasma-derived preparations, serum-derived preparations, and cell culture supernatant.
