Rat TSLP (Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin) CLIA Kit (RTES00549)

Assay Genie provides a chemiluminescence-based CLIA kit configured in a Sandwich-CLIA format for the quantitative detection of rat Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP). The kit is validated for rat reactivity and accepts serum, plasma and other biological fluids as sample types, with a recommended sample volume of 100 μL.

Key performance figures include a sensitivity of 4.69 pg/mL, a detection range of 7.81–500 pg/mL and a recovery of 80%–120%. The assay recognises rat TSLP and shows no significant cross-reactivity or interference between rat TSLP and analogues. Total run time is 3 h 30 min, and components are stored at 2–8°C / -20°C.
