Rat Tryptase (TPS) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay kit from Assay Genie is configured for quantitative measurement of rat tryptase, a serine protease that constitutes the major protein component of mast cell secretory granules and is released during mast cell degranulation. The kit is supplied as a complete 96-assay package containing a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, a matched-pair antibody set, and TMB substrate for absorbance-based readout on a standard plate reader.

Rat-specific tryptase quantification is supported across multiple sample types relevant to mast cell biology and allergy research, with protocols provided for serum-derived samples, plasma-derived samples, and tissue homogenate preparations.
