Rat Tryptase alpha/TPS1 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Tryptase alpha/TPS1 in rat samples. The assay is reactive with rat and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL across a measuring range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Validation data includes linearity for serum (87-105% at 1:2, 89-105% at 1:4, 91-103% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (84-100%, 82-90%, 87-100%) and heparin plasma (80-95%, 80-100%, 82-90%). Recovery ranges were 86-102% for serum (average 92%), 89-98% for EDTA plasma (average 95%) and 88-102% for heparin plasma (average 95%). The procedure uses a pre-coated plate with primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after the stop reaction.
