Rat Troponin T Type 1, Slow Skeletal (TNNT1) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie ELISA kit targets rat Troponin T Type 1, Slow Skeletal (TNNT1), the slow-twitch skeletal muscle isoform of troponin T that anchors the troponin complex on the thin filament and modulates calcium-regulated contraction in type I muscle fibers. In rats, TNNT1 expression shifts across development, denervation, disuse atrophy, exercise training, aging, and in genetic models of nemaline myopathy, so the marker is widely tracked as an index of slow-fiber identity and contractile phenotype in skeletal muscle research.

The kit is supplied as a complete research-use-only package containing a pre-coated microplate, calibrator standards, detection antibody, and the buffer system required for the assay workflow. It is intended for in vitro quantification in rat specimens, with the standard curve generated in parallel to unknowns on the same plate.
