Rat Tropomyosin 2 Beta (TPM2) ELISA Kit

Tropomyosin 2 Beta (TPM2) is an actin-binding regulatory protein that stabilizes cytoskeletal filaments and modulates calcium-dependent interactions between actin and myosin in skeletal muscle. Research on TPM2 expression is relevant to muscle contractility, cytoskeletal remodeling, and the molecular pathology of inherited myopathies such as nemaline myopathy and cap myopathy, where TPM2 mutations alter thin filament assembly.

This Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay is configured for rat samples and supports measurement of TPM2 from tissue homogenates. The reagent set is supplied as a research use only product in a 96-assay microplate format, including pre-coated wells, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and assay diluent.
