Rat TRIL ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's TRIL ELISA Kit is a sandwich, double-antibody immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of TLR4 interactor with leucine-rich repeats (TRIL) in rat-derived samples. The colorimetric assay supports research in immunology and inflammation biology, given TRIL's role in modulating Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signalling and the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS).

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity in serum is reported at 87–104% for a 1:2 dilution, with corresponding ranges for EDTA and heparin plasma also documented; recovery across the same matrices is reported between 85–105%. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The assay protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate, incubating standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, then HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution. The kit is positioned for research into sepsis, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions.
