Rat TREM-1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1) in rat samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. TREM-1 is a receptor involved in inflammatory responses and immune regulation, and is implicated in diseases such as sepsis, arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease.

The double-antibody Sandwich ELISA format delivers a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL with a working range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. Linearity has been verified across serum (85-104% at 1:2; 92-99% at 1:4; 89-105% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (92-97%; 90-101%; 83-100%) and heparin plasma (83-96%; 83-94%; 84-100%). Recovery averages 93% in serum, 93% in EDTA plasma, and 96% in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months and is intended for research use in rat models of inflammation and immune-related disorders.
