Rat Transforming Growth Factor Beta 3 (TGFb3) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this rat TGFb3 immunoassay provides quantitative measurement of Transforming Growth Factor Beta 3 across research workflows in fibrosis, scar-free wound healing, palatogenesis, and lung development. The kit pairs a coated microplate with biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, using TMB substrate for color development. Each kit supplies sufficient reagents for 96 determinations. The assay reports a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with sensitivity under 7.8 pg/mL, and requires a 50 uL sample volume per well. Reagents remain stable when stored at -20 °C and protected from light until the expiry date on the label. Validation using spiked rat matrices showed no significant cross-reactivity with rat TGFb1 or TGFb2 isoforms. A standard curve and dilution buffers are included to support intra-assay precision for routine cytokine profiling in laboratory research only.
