Rat Transferrin Receptor (TFR) ELISA Kit

For iron metabolism, anemia, and hepatic function research in rat models, this microplate-format ELISA from Assay Genie measures transferrin receptor (TFR/CD71) levels quantitatively in prepared specimens. The kit supports studies of receptor-mediated endocytosis, erythropoiesis, and nutritional iron regulation in rodent systems, where transferrin receptor abundance serves as a key biomarker. Pre-coated wells capture TFR from rat-origin samples, and an enzymatic development step generates an optical signal proportional to receptor concentration that is read on a standard plate reader.
