Rat TNNI1/Troponin I, slow skeletal muscle ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay is designed for the accurate detection of TNni1 (Troponin I, Slow Skeletal Muscle) levels in rat samples. The kit employs a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Assay performance specifications include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linear dilution testing in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma produced results within approximately 81–104% across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges were 85–97% for serum, 86–104% for EDTA plasma, and 86–98% for heparin plasma. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The protocol uses a pre-coated microplate with sequential incubations: primary antigen binding at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, followed by stop solution and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
